Greek Salad

Ingredients

3.5 oz Salad Mix

1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
4 Tomato Slices
Slice of Onion, Cut into Quarters
1 tbsp. Black Olives, Sliced
2 Pepperoncinis, Sliced

Directions

First, weigh the salad mix.
Next, put the 1/4 cup of feta on the center of the salad.
Arrange the onion around the feta.

Finally, arrange the tomato slices and add the sliced black olives in the center. If desired, add two sliced (or whole) pepperoncinis.

These salads can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Cover with cling wrap and serve within a few hours.
