Grilled Jalapenos
Ingredients
4 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, Large
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Wash the peppers. Place directly on the grill rack and grill for
about five minutes each side, or until tender.
Remove the peppers from the grill. Cut the tops off. Remove the seeds.
Run water in the inside of the pepper to clean out all of the seeds.
Stuff each pepper with the shredded cheese. As shown above, place in aluminum
foil. Place on the grill until the cheese melts. These will be extremely
spicy!
